And one word challenge, this time easier, without tricks. Given a set of eight 5-letter words.

neighbor
prose
baby
garland
caste
exchange

every word have to change one letter to make a new word. In this letter you will change, each word must be at the same place - that is, it must be either the first letter of each word, or second, or third, and so on. You will need to determine which letter should be changed. As a result of new letters, read from top to bottom, should get a new word from the eight letters (it, by the way, we have in Mahjong).
